Silk Digital proudly presents "Juno," a melodic stormer by Argentinian star Airdraw. Initially featured on April's Silk Royal Showcase 02 compilation, this stunning track is now available for the first time as an unmixed, DJ-friendly version. In addition, completely new remixes by Matao and Mono Suono are included in the package.

Airdraw, whose "Start & Release" and "Olaen" EP's were standout EP's on Silk Royal recently, begins his Original Mix with a few "teaser" arps. By the time we have reached the quarter turn of the track, the mid-range has become an aural "waterfall" of melody, as the seemingly innumerable arp lines seem to cascade down to euphoric effect. In the break, the energetic rhythm is pulled back, and we are left with a gorgeous piano solo, coupled with lush pads.

Russian artist Matao, one of the winners of Silk's "Move On" Remix Contest last year, has quickly become a favorite amongst international progressive fans for his sophisticated grooves and inspired melodies. He continues his dramatic ascent with a gorgeous interpretation, which includes various new melodies, samples, and atmospheric touches. A funky bassline groove sets the track off early on an upbeat, dancefloor-friendly tone; soon after, we are met by a sexy vocal stab, which repeats throughout the tune. A variety of extremely "hooky" arps and melody lines further decorate the soundscape. In the various breakdowns in the track, the melodies absolutely sparkle, especially a funky new lead variation on the main theme from the original mix.

Finally, Dutch duo Mono Suono, who worked with Silk Music once before on the Arrival Recordings release "Tropical Beach," offers a deeper, but equally lush take. A steady house beat and cavernous bass give the remix a "classic" progressive house feel from the very start. Myriad melodic layers soon follow, all of which evoke a purely uplifting mood in the listener; at times, visions of shooting stars (and other celestial imagery) are vividly conjured by the soundscape as well.
